Helpful Information
Our hours:
We are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 PM. On Wednesdays we are open until 12 noon.
Payment:
We require payment at the time of service unless arrangements have been made in advance or you have an insurance plan we participate with. Copays are always collected at the visit. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards.
We participate with most insurance companies and Medicare and Medicaid.
If you have any questions about which plans we participate with call Marie for assistance (528-4304). You can also call the toll free, customer service number on your insurance card and talk to your insurer directly with questions about your plan and your coverage.
After hours care:
If you have a medical emergency, always call 911 and go to the nearest emergency facility. If you have an urgent problem that can not wait until regular hours, you may use the fast track at LRGHealthcare or your nearest hospital. Nancy E. Dirubbo, APRN, FAANP has medical staff privileges at LRGHealthcare but does not admit patients.
